Oceania Cruises Expands Northern Europe Sailings for 2027
Oceania Cruises is inviting travelers to escape the summer crowds and heat of Southern Europe with a collection of Northern Europe voyages scheduled for 2027. Known for its intimate ships and culinary-focused experiences, the cruise line will offer itineraries departing from London, exploring Scandinavia, and showcasing the dramatic landscapes of Iceland.
Three of the line’s ships—Oceania Insignia, Oceania Marina, and Oceania Vista—will operate across Northern Europe, providing guests with immersive cultural and culinary experiences. Highlights include discovering the apple-growing heritage of Hardanger in Norway, enjoying a farm-to-table dining experience in Visby, Sweden, and exploring Iceland’s breathtaking volcanic landscapes and rugged coastlines.
“Our Northern Europe voyages offer travelers an extraordinary way to experience one of the world’s most sought-after regions during the best time of year to visit,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Oceania Cruises. “From the fjords of Norway to the cultural capitals of Scandinavia and the remote coastlines of Iceland and Greenland, these itineraries are designed for guests who want to see more of the region in a seamless and refined way.”
Among the standout itineraries is the 11-day Baltic Beauty voyage, departing in June from Stockholm to Copenhagen. The sailing visits some of the Baltic region’s most iconic destinations, including Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga, Gdansk, Karlskrona, Szczecin, Berlin (via Warnemünde), Kalundborg, and Kiel.
For travelers looking to combine a stay in London with a cruise, the 14-day Castles of Ice & Stone itinerary departs on June 22 from London and concludes in Copenhagen. Along the way, guests will visit destinations such as Glasgow, Londonderry, Stornoway, Scrabster, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Lysekil, and Gothenburg.
Another highlight is the 10-day Landscapes of a Lifetime voyage, departing July 4 as a round-trip sailing from Reykjavik. The itinerary explores several of Iceland’s key ports and includes a visit to Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands, making it an ideal option for travelers wishing to extend their Iceland adventure with land-based experiences.
With a focus on smaller ships, personalized service, and destination-rich itineraries, Oceania Cruises’ 2027 Northern Europe program offers travelers a unique way to discover some of the region’s most spectacular landscapes and cultural treasures.
